Recently, some friends have been asking me what kind of warm-up exercises to do before using a massage machine. So now I'm recommending top 6 warm-up exercises that can help prepare your muscles for using an electric massager:
1.Neck rolls: Gently roll your head in a circular motion, starting with small circles and gradually increasing the size of the circles. Repeat in the opposite direction.
2.Shoulder shrugs: Lift your shoulders up towards your ears and hold for a few seconds before releasing. Repeat several times.
3.Arm circles: Extend your arms out to the sides and make small circles with your hands, gradually increasing the size of the circles. Repeat in the opposite direction.
4.Toe touches: Stand with your feet hip-width apart and slowly bend forward, reaching towards your toes. Hold for a few seconds before slowly standing back up.
5.Leg swings: Stand with your feet hip-width apart and swing one leg forward and backward, keeping your leg straight. Repeat with the other leg.
6.Hip circles: Stand with your feet hip-width apart and make small circles with your hips, gradually increasing the size of the circles. Repeat in the opposite direction.
Remember to start with gentle movements and gradually increase the intensity and range of motion. Pay attention to how your muscles feel and stop if you experience any pain or discomfort.
